By accessing or using the website at www.odessainsulation.com, requesting an estimate, or engaging Odessa Insulation to perform any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access our website or engage our services.
Odessa Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services in Odessa, TX and surrounding areas, including but not limited to spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, wall insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, insulation removal, and related services. The scope of work for any specific project is defined in the written estimate provided to the customer before work begins.
All estimates are provided in writing and reflect the scope of work described at the time of the assessment. Estimates are based on conditions observed during the on-site visit. If conditions change or additional issues are discovered during the project, we will notify you before proceeding with any work that would alter the original estimate.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted. Material costs are subject to market fluctuations; if significant cost changes occur between the estimate and the scheduled start date, we will notify you in advance. A free estimate does not constitute a commitment by either party to proceed with work.
Jobs are scheduled based on crew availability and project scope. We will confirm your appointment at least one business day in advance. We ask that you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may result in a rescheduling fee, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking if applicable.
We reserve the right to reschedule or delay a project due to weather conditions, supplier delays, or circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as soon as possible if such a delay occurs.
To ensure work can be completed safely and on schedule, you agree to:
Payment is due upon completion of the project unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for larger projects; any deposit requirements will be stated in the written estimate.
Accounts not paid within 30 days of the invoice date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. If collection action is required, you agree to pay all reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Odessa Insulation stands behind the quality of our work. We warrant that all labor will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. If you are not satisfied with the finished work, notify us within 10 days of project completion and we will return to evaluate and, where warranted, correct the issue at no additional charge.
Material warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and are passed through to the customer to the extent they are transferable. Odessa Insulation does not independently warrant the performance of third-party materials beyond what the manufacturer provides. We will assist you in filing a manufacturer warranty claim if one arises.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Odessa Insulation's liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific work giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services or from your use of our website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to the start of work, or for damage caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, structural failure, or pest damage.

You may access and use the website for the purpose of requesting information about our services. You may not use automated tools to scrape, index, or copy content from our website without our consent.
We prefer to resolve any disputes directly and informally. If you have a concern, contact us at sales@odessainsulation.com and we will make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue within 15 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation. Any legal proceedings arising from these terms shall be filed in the courts of TX, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ector County, Texas.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
