Odessa Insulation was founded in 2022 by a team of West Texas tradespeople who kept seeing the same problem in home after home across Odessa: aging insulation — or no insulation at all — in houses built during the oil-boom decades of the 1950s through 1980s, when energy was cheap and building codes did not demand much. A lot has changed since then.
